Questions about your chimney? Call our receptionist, Kari, at 320.414.0191. She picks up weekdays, 9 to 5.
These are the questions we'd want answered before anyone climbed up on our own roof, and they're the ones our receptionist, Kari, hears from the people who call us.

1. Do you inspect before you sweep?
You want a yes. The inspection is what tells you whether the flue needs sweeping at all and what else is going on with the chimney.
2. Do you go on the roof?
The crown, the cap and the flashing are where most of the trouble starts, and you can't see them from the ground.
3. Will I see pictures?
Anyone telling you the chimney needs work should be able to show you what they found.
4. Do you do your own masonry?
If they find a cracked crown or open joints, you want the people who found it to be the ones who fix it. We do our own.
5. Is it in writing?
A written report and a written estimate let you take your time and decide without anyone waiting on you.
If any of this sounds like your chimney, call 320.414.0191. We'll come out, climb up, take pictures of what we find and show you before we quote anything.
