A lot of the time it's the crown on top, cracked, or built without an overhang and a drip edge, so the rain runs straight down into the brick.

  1. You call Kari, tell her what you're seeing, and she sets up a time for us to come out.
  2. We go up on the roof and take pictures of the crown, the brick and the flashing, and you get them by email.
  3. If the crown has to come off, we rebuild it with a proper overhang and drip edge so the water sheds away from the brick.
